Central European Intermodal Conference 2026

Conference participant registration will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.

A cloakroom and luggage storage service will be available at the hotel for all participants.

Participation in the conference is subject to payment of the participation fee. Only participants who have registered for the event and paid the participation fee in advance may attend.

We reserve the right to modify the admission rules in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The one-day participation fee includes lunch on the day of attendance, coffee breaks, and conference materials.

Items included in the participation fee that are considered benefits in kind (food and beverages) may be subject to tax and social contribution obligations. Payment of such obligations is the responsibility of the participant.

The organizers accept no responsibility for valuables left unattended at the venue.

The event is open to the press. Photographs taken during the event may be used by the organizers without restriction.

By submitting the registration, the participant acknowledges and accepts the above conditions.

All published participation fees are quoted excluding VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.

The invoice will be sent by email to the contact details provided during registration.

Please plan your journey in advance to ensure timely arrival at the conference venue.

Presentation materials will be made available to all participants, subject to the consent of the individual speakers. Materials can only be shared if the respective speaker has granted permission for the publication of their presentation.

Several hundred participants are expected to attend this year's conference, representing transport companies, logistics service providers, manufacturing companies, and freight forwarding firms.

For environmental reasons, the conference programme will not be available in printed format. It can be accessed through the conference mobile application or viewed online at the following address:

The dress code for the conference during the day is business casual.

Catering services for conference participants will be available in the areas located in front of the Ballroom.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and can be accessed without a password.

If a stable and reliable internet connection is essential for your work, we recommend that you arrange your own mobile internet solution as a backup.

Video recordings (including audio recordings) and photographs will be taken during the conference. These materials may be used, edited, and published by the organizers of future events arranged by MLSZKSZ, including on online video-sharing and photo-sharing platforms.

Conference speakers and participants may appear in these audio-visual materials. Speakers may also be identified by name. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept such public appearance and recording.

The photographs taken during the conference will be shared with all participants. A video summary of the event will be uploaded to the MLSZKSZ YouTube channel.

Participants will be notified by email once the materials have been published.

If you do not wish your image to be recognizable in photographs, please inform the organizers upon arrival at the event. In this case, you will receive a distinctive identifier that will enable the Data Controller to make your image unrecognizable in the photographs during post-processing.

You may request information regarding the processing of your personal data and may request the correction or, except where retention is required by law, the deletion of your personal data by contacting the Association.
